I booked over Hotdoc, and reception called the following day to double check my attendance. An hour later I had to change my time and celled, it was not that dull, yeah what time, it was a person who wanted to help, he gave me several options and re booked the time. Arrived on the day, and you can imagine first check ever for a couple of odd looking black spots, it's a little daunting! Reception treat you like you are checking I to a 5 star hotel, amazing change from my experience in anything medical. Dr Jane was amazing, not just a check but some real solid advice on what it was, a real education on what to look for, she got the marks up on a giant screen and explained what the were, just a real comfort after the panic.No huge upsell, she said just cover up and if you feel something is changing then call us. I hope that if I ever end up in a situation where I was told Cancer had arrived on the great landscape of my body ! Im in a place just like this, today I didn't need to panic, but I'd be confident if I did these guys would have the best solution for my wellbeing. Cheers appreciated Lea
