⭐ 1 star – Honestly one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had I’ve given this clinic more than enough chances, and every single time Amir has managed to make the experience stressful and disappointing. – He booked my appointment on the wrong day — something that shouldn’t happen if you’re paying attention for even two seconds. – Twice, he said he’d “follow up” and just never did. I had to call the clinic myself, and even after that, he still didn’t bother calling back. – And the one that really pushed it: he told me “I’ve got a client, I’ll call you after.” Fair enough… except he never called. Not even a quick text. Nothing. That’s honestly ridiculous for a professional workplace. In person, his attitude was rude, uninterested, and just plain bad. I’ve never seen customer service this careless, especially when people are paying for treatments. And these weren’t random one-off mistakes — it’s been the same behaviour again and again, like he genuinely doesn’t care at all. Honestly, until the clinic fixes this, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The service from Amir has been consistently unacceptable
