I contacted Skin Radiance as I was told by a friend about Cosmelan for melasma and pigmentation. I had never heard of it as I had mainly used various skin care products and laser treatments, all to no avail. The melasma was worse than ever. I had Cosmelan treatment performed by Linda at Skin Radiance Clinic 6 weeks ago for sun damage caused by abusing my skin in my relentless pursuit of a tan after arriving in Australia from the UK nearly 2 decades ago. Linda responded to my enquires immediately, even though it was a Sunday afternoon, and spent time talking me through the process and assessing my suitability. She didn’t give me the hard sell; she was realistic about the effects; and she also made it clear that Cosmelan is a process, rather than a quick fix: advice which I greatly appreciated. Linda was friendly and professional, very easy to communicate with, and has a nice sense of humour. The clinic has a clean, peaceful ambience. I wasn’t too bothered about walking out of the clinic with Cosmelan slapped all over my face - but if you are, the discreet location of the clinic would be a definite bonus. A couple of my worst areas of sun damage are still continuing to fade at this stage; but I am very impressed with how smooth and dewy my skin feels and also how the excess redness has gone. Other people have also noticed.
