During my last waxing appointment, I was booked with a new therapist whose unprofessional behavior made me uncomfortable throughout the session. She engaged in gossip about other clients and made inappropriate comments, which created a very unpleasant atmosphere. Her lack of professionalism and disrespect for clients privacy left me feeling uneasy and reluctant to return. It's unfortunate that the quality of service has declined, and I won't be returning to this salon in the future.
