The receptionist did not place my booking in the system when I called on the phone and when i arrived for my appointment I was told in a rude manner that the doctor will not see you today. No apology or empathy was shown. I explained I had a red mark on my face that I was concerned about and was just given a look and told again the doctor will not see you today. I have been going to the same surgery for years but no longer just very disappointed at the way I was spoken to.
