I have spent an intensive week with Smart Dermatology. I am happy to let everyone know that most of the reviews are incorrect. The reception staff are fabulous. Friendly and helpful. Dr Ann Lewis went to work sticking patches on my back. Thankfully after 4 years of waiting, an answer. Dr Lewis is a lovely lady. Happy to let you know what's happening. Happy to explain anything. I felt very comfortable with her. I would like to say Thank you so much for everything. Rooms & reception area is clean. Staff are excellent. You really need to come in and see them. Or call. If you have any problems. Doctor was on time ⏲️ Hooray. Where else can you say that happens! 🙂 Easy to find! And parking easy at the back. Lots of spaces

I took my daughter to see Dr Alex Coe about a small nodule on her nose. The consultation lasted under 10 minutes. He examined it with a magnifying glass and advised seeing a plastic surgeon to avoid scarring. I was surprised to be charged the full $295 consultation fee given how brief the visit was and that no treatment was provided. I expected at least some consideration on the cost. Overall, a disappointing experience and in my view quite appalling.
