Kind and friendly staff. Dr Robinson is not just highly experienced, knowledgeable and professional ,she is very caring and empathetic towards the patients. She has been my family dermatologist and I'm very happy that we found her!

Dr Robinson is an excellent doctor who is very thorough. However, she is always running late. Once for over.two hours. Her nurses are king, caring and helpful. But she must have the rudest, dismissive receptionist in Australia. No one could be worse. The website states to ring and the receptionists will endeavour to help. When I tried several times to explain my desperate intense itch I was interrupted with, 'Stop'! several times and to take photos of my skin and attach to an email. I live on my own. I can't take photos of my back. You need hands to take photos. Perhaps this person can demonstrate to me how to take photos of the backs of my hands without using my hands!

Dr Robinson, has to have some intelligence as she is a doctor but how can she be so incompetent at running a business because at the end of the day that’s what she does provides a service for a fee she doesn’t do it voluntarily or for free she provides a service and charges for it, must be more difficult running a business than being a doctor. She is consistently late, cancels appointments with minimal notice and when you see her she is very brief and does not go into depth about your problem. Integrity must not be part of the curriculum whilst studying medicine

A few years ago, first (and last) appointment, I was told to immediately have 3 moles removed. I refused as I wanted to take time to think about it. I was told that I was irresponsible, not thinking about my family, and that I might only have a few weeks left. I still have those 3 moles today. Worst dermatologist experience of my life.

I usually don’t post reviews but my appointment at this place a few years ago was shocking. Over an hour late…. Think our appointment was about 5 minutes at best? The way she talked to me (I was a teenage girl) was so belittling and made me feel even worse about my psoriasis. There were male interns that she wanted to have in the room to learn which I understand but I was a teenage girl and not completely comfortable being undressed in front of these young men I didn’t know. I understand medicine is medicine but the lack of care for patient was just disgraceful. She made a comment about how I didn’t want the interns in the room and how it would’ve helped them?! Like trying to make me and my mum feel guilty? And to top it all off nicely there was an additional $120 fee that my mum wasn’t informed about until at the desk. Receptionists were acting like that amount of money was $5. Of course another fee for parking as the whole process of waiting was over an hour.
