What patients say
3.0It is near impossible to call as they either have the phones off the hook or are too busy to answer. One receptionist is always rude every time I’m there . The irony is that the phone message says we won’t accept rude behaviour however this woman is ALWAYS rude
1.0Dr Whang is absolutely lovely. It's a pity it's near impossible to get through to reception and when you eventually do get to speak to someone they promise to call you back which never happens. Agree with the other poster that said it's ironic that their message says they won't tolerate rudeness but the two ladies I've spoken to this week were both quite rude.
1.0I was given a referral by my GP to see Dr Sam Kahlouche about some skin concerns I had. I felt he was rude, dismissive of my concerns and I was in there for 10 minutes and charged $320.00 for a consult. He told me I might have rosacea and some vascular treatment can help but to also just put makeup on it if it’s a concern. Made to feel like my concerns weren’t worth going to see a skin Dr for. Please do not waste your money seeing this Dr and research a skin Dr before going. I’ll be making sure I heavily research before I waste my money. I still have skin concerns and will now be finding somewhere else to go
1.0I have had the worst experience here, every appointment I am waiting over an hour to see the doctor and then my kids are seen for 10 minutes each and then I am charged $600. I am a single parent on a low income just trying to get necessary medical treatment for my children who are in constant pain with their skin condition. The reception is even worse, you can never get through and at one point I was calling for an hour, there is no message service and all it replays is their address. This is without doubt the worst medical practice I have ever been to, they have no customer service and are quite rude. No compassion or understanding and not willing to help with anything. Avoid this practice at all costs !!
1.0Let me share the worst experience I have had with Dr. James Choi. My daughter who is 7 years old is struggling with vitiligo. My daughters appointment has been cancelled atleast 3 times in last 24 months and each time we reschedule we get next appointment after 3 months so literally the doctor has seen only limited time. The practice is so insensitive to the requirements of the patient that they lady on the counter told me...we have cancer patients and they are our priority. Well, just in a minute my daughters condition was dismissed saying, it is not important to them...such rude and lack of empathy only a very bad medical centre can have. Mind you the cancellation notice comes only 30 mins before the scheduled appointment. I wonder how come the both the doctor and clinic are so unplanned and irresponsible!!!
