Exceptional experience today at St George clinic with Dr. Farnaz Omidi! I was pretty nervous going in, but she has such a calming, warm, and caring energy. She is incredibly personable and made me feel completely at ease, which really helped with my anxiety. She was very thorough with the skin scan and constantly reassured me that I was doing great throughout the appointment. This is honestly the best I have ever been treated in a medical setting. If you are anxious about skin checks, Dr. Omidi is absolutely the doctor you want to see. Highly recommend!

Dr Zhai was so professional and knowledgeable. He had an excellent structured approach to skin cancer identification and steps going forward to manage treatment. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful as well.

Today had to wait an hour past me appointment. Staff should notify patients by tex if they are aware of this. The doctors are great but an hour waiting is not great considering they want to charge a fee if you cancel within two hours of your appointment.
