I feel blessed that I found Sun Doctors in Parramatta. After having an initial skin scan, a basal cell carcinoma was discovered on the side of my face. A biopsy discovered it had infiltrated. In stepped Dr Michael Yang. What a legend. His knowledge and expertise kept me totally at ease. Surgery two weeks later removed a large skin cancer and resulted in a total of 11 stitches down the side of my face. 5 weeks post surgery and you can barely notice the scars. Cannot fault the treatment I received. Still grateful every day for Dr Yang's involvement in my surgery.

I had a comprehensive skin cancer examination with Dr Michael Yang today and was extremely impressed with the experience. Dr Yang conducted a very thorough full body skin check and carefully examined everything. He identified several moles, some sun spots, a birthmark on my back I didn't even know I had, and a few areas of skin discolouration. He explained what everything was and made sure nothing looked concerning. For monitoring purposes, photos were taken and a follow up check has been scheduled in 12 months, which gave me great peace of mind. Dr Yang was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his field. The whole process felt thorough, reassuring, and well organised. I will be recommending Dr Yang to family and friends looking for a professional skin check.

Dr Marjia Johns was so lovely, caring, and professional! She did my skin check and helped removing some skin tags, the whole process was very smooth and quick, and she was really attentive and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic and Dr Johns for anyone especially female patients who would prefer seeing a female doctor for skin check-ups. ⭐

Easy to make an appointment online, and doctors were kind and professional. Unfortunately the reception seemed to be very busy and understaffed on a Saturday, so I had to wait a long time to check in for my appointment and afterwards, to pay. I recommend having a second receptionist here to manage the queue and phone calls better. I also recommend patients arrive 15 minutes early to line up and "check in" at the front desk.

Dr Farooq was great. However I am giving a 1 star review due to one of the receptionists. I was disappointed by an interaction at the reception desk, which felt racist. During the registration process, comments were made by the older receptionist working on Saturday, in conversation with another staff member, that felt judgmental and inappropriate, based on assumptions about suburbs and the type of people associated with them. Regardless of intent, such comments can make patients feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope the clinic addresses professionalism and cultural sensitivity at the front desk, as this is essential in a healthcare environment. She should be talked to if shes going to keep working in healthcare !
