Very unprofessional and no proactive communication. My mother needed an ultrasound and our appointment was 10.30 we waited until 11.10 before I asked how long as I had to move the car, said probably 10 to 15 minutes as previous patient taking longer. So moved the car, 11.45 still no communication so again adked and still no idea how long. We decided to leave. The reception lady who said she was the manager was not proactive in communicating anything and could not answer my questions apart from rebooking or going somewhere else. Totally unacceptable
