Friendly and professional staff. I felt very looked after by the reception staff who put me on a waitlist and called with a cancellation for that very week. Very friendly and welcoming at the venue. I was there for a general dermatology question for my teen daughter. Saw Dr Dan Tucker. The doctor was very approachable and consultative, offered his time to answer all my questions without feeling rushed and provided sensible advice. He also offered to monitor the condition via email so I wouldn't have to book another appointment unless things didn't go as expected. Very impressed! Highly recommend.
