Pure luxury! My daughter bough me the “signature massage” for my birthday! OMG … it was absolute heaven from start to finish. On arriving I was greeted with a refreshing drink and given a choice of oil scents to be used. The room was so serene that my stress level dropped immediately on entering. The masseuse asked some questions to customise the massage, which was an hour and forty five minutes of pure bliss. I was so relaxed I could easily have drifted off to sleep. To finish off the experience I received a lovely cup of tea and delicious sorbet. If you have someone special in your life, you can’t go wrong with buying this massage voucher. It is versatile and you have three years to use it; it is SO worth it! I highly recommend the Temple! Thank you to all the staff who made me feel very pampered.

Stella was amazing! I had the 3 hour Restore package and the whole time she was such a gem. She checked on me throughout to make sure I was comfortable and had the right pressure for my massage. Such a lovely person with great skills, the team at the temple are very lucky to have her. I will definitely be going back. It is such a treat for busy people to stop and relax.

I am beyond disappointed by how this clinic chose to treat loyal customers. Over the years, my husband and I have spent well over $2,000 here because we genuinely believed in their services and wanted this to be our go-to yearly destination for facials, massages, and skincare. We trusted them — especially leading up to one of the most important times in our lives, our wedding. Toward the end of 2025, we came in for our annual facial and purchased products, spending over $800 to prepare for the wedding. When I got home, I discovered the body scrub I had purchased was already opened. I immediately took photos and emailed the clinic because it is completely unhygienic to use an opened product. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any empathy, they blamed the manufacturer and insisted I travel back for an exchange or store credit. I explained I was extremely busy preparing for my wedding, and they told me to come in the new year as they were closed for the holidays as well. After the wedding, I made the effort to go in person and explained I no longer needed the product as I had already purchased an alternative in the meantime for my wedding, and requested a refund. Not only did they refuse, but I was told, “It’s highly unusual our product is already open, we’re being considerate and taking your word for it.” I was honestly shocked. After years of loyalty and spending hundreds of dollars, to be subtly accused of lying over a single product worth $40 is deeply disrespectful. Why would I go through the effort of travelling such a long distance and raising this at all if it weren’t genuine after spending $800+? You truly see a business’s values when something goes wrong — and this experience showed me that customer care clearly comes second to protecting a $40 sale. What could have been resolved with basic understanding instead left me feeling dismissed, mistrusted, and completely undervalued as a customer. Over a single faulty product, they lost customers who genuinely wanted to continue supporting them. I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to think carefully before investing their time and money here. Loyalty clearly isn’t reciprocated, and the greediness is astounding.
