This recommendation is long overdue since I have come to The Clear Skin Clinic for little over 2 years now. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I am from Denmark originally and only had extraction facials at home. This is what most Danish skincare salons offer. However, when I moved to Australia a few years ago now I struggle a lot finding skincare salons offering anything similar. I came by The Clear Skin Clinic during a visit to Sydney in December 2019. I was absolutely amazed at how fantastic their extraction facials were and still are. Since then I moved to Canberra more recently and now visit the clinic whenever I am in Sydney. The salon is beautiful and the staff are all so professional, friendly and accommodating. My skin always looks flawless after their extraction facials. They really are the best of the best. I used several of their products (Dr. Spiller, Environ etc.) and had great skin results with these products. It is great it is a 'bigger' salon in the sense they have several staff which means it is almost always possible to find a spot even with late notice. Ulla, Tanya, their welcoming receptionist Pauline are all so kind and amazing at what they are doing. Really cannot recommend them highly enough!

I’ve been seeing Vicky for facials for about a year now. She is not just a lovely person but she thorough and understands my skins needs. I love that she is not pushy- never tries to sell me anything but rather allows me to enjoy my facial. Also love that the clinic specializes in extractions, think they are an important part of any facial. Thanks Vicky! I highly recommend her to anyone!

I've been coming for periodic appointments for over a year now and experienced several different types of treatments with several of the therapists. The treatments are effective and the therapists have all also generally been excellent and will work with you to try different things to achieve your skin goals. On a few occasions have I felt that the therapist was being a little bit pushy with the products she recommended to me but not to the extent that I felt uncomfortable. I've always ended up buying what I needed and the products have mostly been good as well. Always look forward to my next appointment.

Went for the Signature Facial with extractions as a birthday present and overall the experience was great. Highly professional staff, and I noticed a significant improvement in my skin immediately after the facial. My only issue was that every time I went to the clinic (2x), my consultant was very pushy about purchasing extra products. I felt it difficult saying no to her when she had already constructed a skincare regimen for me (while I was under the healing lamp), so I bought one thing. Overall, the additional products would have resulted in an additional spend of approximately $300 or so when I was only going in for a $125 facial (which was on special). Even though I had told her I didn't need the other products, when I went back for the complementary healing lamp a week later, I was pushed the same $90 serum again which was in the prior week's 'skincare regimen' (didn't purchase). She also recommended a chemical peel, which I said I was interested in, but it was booked in without telling me the price. I found out the price via the booking text message - $350. Though I'm sure it's excellent quality, I had to cancel because I personally can't justify that price on a facial. Overall I just found it crazy that for someone coming in for a facial that was on sale, they would end up getting pushed upwards of $1000 in additional treatments and products in a single visit. Definitely think the clinic is doing great work, but I would recommend toning down the product pushing, as I found it really uncomfortable.
