Having tried a head spa before, I wasn’t expecting much—but this was truly next-level! The specialist, Ninda, began by scanning my scalp, revealing oil-blocked follicles. The treatment included deep cleansing, pH balancing, hydration, and oil control, followed by a relaxing massage and hair steam. The results were visibly impressive—my scalp felt refreshed and much healthier after the final scan. Beyond the treatment, snacks, tea, and a beauty station with makeup and styling tools added to the luxurious experience. Ninda was knowledgeable, gentle, and professional, making every moment enjoyable. While the service is expensive, the quality makes it worth the investment. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the salon itself felt clean and professional. However, after my skin analysis, the experience quickly turned into a hard sell to upgrade my booked service. The facial itself was good, but nothing particularly amazing or standout. What really impacted my experience was the constant pressure afterwards — I was strongly pushed to sign up for a membership, even after explaining that I live four hours away. There was also a lot of pressure to purchase aftercare products, and I ended up buying something I didn’t feel I actually needed. I have looked up the product and for something I paid $100 for I could of got for $30 Overall, the hard selling took away from what could have been a relaxing experience and left me feeling a bit uncomfortable.
