I had a very disappointing experience with the 20D HIFU treatment at this clinic. I paid $555 for a Full Face & Neck HIFU, expecting a complete treatment using all standard depths (4.5mm, 3.0mm, and 1.5mm). However, they only used one depth (4.5mm), skipped important areas such as frown lines, smile lines, and around the eyes, and the entire HIFU session was finished in around 20 minutes. This is far shorter than a proper full-face and neck HIFU session, which usually takes close to an hour. When I booked and paid deposit,no one informed me that the treatment would only include one depth. They only mentioned this right before starting the procedure when I was already on the treatment bed — I had no idea what that meant at the time. Afterwards, I found out that proper full-face HIFU involves multiple depths to target different skin layers for collagen stimulation. What I received felt more like a sample treatment, not a full HIFU session. When I raised my concerns, the clinic repeatedly gave the same response, refusing to acknowledge or offer a refund. This experience was not transparent, not professional, and very disappointing.
