This place is too good to be true. From front desk to tattoo Removalist it was all very professional and friendly. I was greeted by a lovely young girl who kindly offered me water on a nice sunny day . It was very nice gesture!! What can I say abt Hallie she was very professional and friendly she explained everything so nicely and ensured I was comfortable at all times. Her service was truly remarkable. Can’t wait to go back and see her for my second treatment. Great work ladies.

I had my first tattoo removal session at Think Again Tattoo Removal in Castle Hill, and I can’t speak highly enough of Hallie. She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I arrived. She was incredibly considerate and explained everything clearly, both before and after the treatment. Throughout the session, she checked in on me, made sure I was okay with the pain, and guided me through every step, which really helped me feel at ease. She even sent me a detailed aftercare document afterward, which I really appreciated. Mike, Chloe and all the staff who have worked at the castle hill clinic have done such a great job on my tattoo. I went into the clinic in 2024 looking to get a full removal of my sleeve tattoo. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to remove it seeing as it had so much colour and it was so dark. Since I started I have had 8 fractional laser treatments on my tattoo and the results are unreal. They estimate another 1-2 treatments and it will be fully removed. Cannot recommend the team enough.
