Tia from Tranquil Essence in Hobart has been very helpful with both treatments I'm receiving. I started the body Sculpting treatment and have had 2 sessions so far. I'm already noticing changes. I enquired about the cooling treatment and Tia was really good at explaining it and suggested doing the cooling treatment before finishing my other 2 body sculpting sessions. Looking forward to seeing the before and after photos they take!!!

I went there in May to have a fat freezing procedure then 2weeks later for 2 (back to back)sessions of the pulse machine. I am 75. I have had so much pain since getting theses done that I actually ended up in hospital. I am still in pain. Tightness in the chest can't get a breath in bed nearly everyday. The discomfort is all in the area that the machines were put on. Please if you have a heart condition I would think twice I do not know when this will get better, if ever, I just want to go back to my oldself. I cannot do the everyday things I used to. Rini and staff were wonderful though It just seems strange that I have had all this discomfort since having these procedures done

I did the fat freeze to my stomach and I was left with a burn to my stomach on the 3rd session. I've now got a scar for life. The pain I had afterwards was insane. I messaged the lady asking if this normal, she told me to take panadol. Even panadol was not helping. I don't think I'll be going back for any other treatments.

I am terribly disappointed by this business. I have paid them $544 deposits on their specials. One was a Hifu and no needle thread lift offer. And the other was for 2x HIFU winter offer. I used the Frist offer, but due to surgery on my teeth have not been able to use the 2x HIFU offer. They are ignoring my emails and calls, and although I have given the proof of the payments, they disagree. I now have no choice but to involve consumer affairs to look into this business and the practices. Please don't give them a deposit.
