My skin was assessed properly and everything was clearly explained before we started. The hot towels, steam, microdermabrasion and extractions gave my pores the deep clean they needed. A shoulder, hand and arm massage during the mask was a great bonus, and the products applied at the end left my skin feeling hydrated, fresh and calm. Would recommend 10/10!
