Anne is full of knowing and knowledge, and her willingness to see a person in distress and help them when I'd searched for answers, and provide solutions and relief is the turning point I needed to heal my skin. I'd see Anne if you can't get into to see a dermatologist, she is incredible, and full of information. The receptionists are gentle, warm and inviting. A very tranquil place to go. My husband had a laser appointment at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, 24 February. When he arrived, he was told there was no booking recorded. There may have been a misunderstanding regarding the appointment, and we understand that mistakes can sometimes happen. However, regardless of any misunderstanding, the way the situation was handled was not appropriate. Two young reception staff members were at the front desk, and instead of managing the matter professionally, they told him “we won’t your attitude,” which was unprofessional. As he was leaving, both of them laughed at him. Clients deserve calm communication and respectful treatment at all times. This situation could have been handled much better. I hope management takes the time to read this review carefully and pay closer attention to staff behaviour and customer service standards.
