The staff was super friendly and the products are of great quality at very reasonable prices. It’s definitely not cheap in quality but affordable, which makes it a great option for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something new!

W Cosmetics has a good range of Korean beauty products and the quality is definitely nice. The store itself is quite small and the prices are ok. Unfortunately, the biggest drawback was the staff experience — they were not welcoming at all. Yawning right in front of customers and not offering guidance even when asked felt quite unprofessional. The products themselves are good, which is why I’d still give it 3 stars, but better customer service would really improve the overall experience.

I’ve been a regular customer here and usually have a great experience, which is why today’s visit was disappointing. The tester for the product I wanted was empty, so I asked a staff member for help. Unfortunately, he immediately said there were no other testers available without even checking or attempting to assist. A little more effort and customer care would have been appreciated.

Terrible customer service! A product was placed under a cheaper price tag and when I pointed it out, the staff member Lily said the cheaper item was sold out and they put other products there “so the shelf wouldn’t look empty.” ??? Of course customers will get confused. Her attitude during the whole conversation was honestly terrible. When I asked for a refund, she said it wasn’t possible and that they “normally don’t even give store credit,” even though I told them right after paying. I asked to speak to the manager, but she said the manager was on break and refused to contact her, which made no sense. Mele, who was new, was the only person who was kind and helpful.
