Honestly, it’s not often you walk into a place that looks so good but makes you feel so welcome the second you walk through the door. Every single person I spoke to was incredibly kind and helpful. I had a hydrafacial with Emma and it was fantastic. I then had a Botox consultation with Jess and she was also incredible. I’ve previously had other providers try to upsell whereas here they are all for doing what’s best for you and your skin, and clearly very very knowledgeable. Thank you so much, I will be back again and again! 🥰

Everything about this place is 5 stars. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the receptionists who are all so sweet and kind & offered a beverage. Jessica did my Botox today and she was great, I told her my problem areas and she instantly gave me some options and suggestions and I trusted her judgement :) it’s my second time at youth lab and I won’t go anywhere else from now on. I had an appointment with the Youth Lab Joondalup today and was really, genuinely blown away with the treatment I received there; from the friendly receptionist to the amazing aesthetic nurse Hazel, who went out of her way to explain, in great detail, the various treatments available and what could work for me. Not a bit pushy just really enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. Could not be happier and recommend 1000%!!
