Very pleasant atmosphere and the front desk staff are super lovely. No hard selling on their products or services, you can also book in a skin consultation before you try their beauty services. Extremely clean area too! Always being greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately with a cup of hot tea and clean slippers. Beauticians are amazing and professional as well, very gentle and knowledgeable. Convenient location, just next to the station and close to Westfield. They also provide hot tea and snacks after the treatments too! Highly recommend!

I purchased a $2080 skin booster treatment package from this clinic on 22 January but have not used any sessions. After experiencing an allergic reaction when trying a similar skin booster treatment elsewhere, I was advised not to proceed with similar procedures. I requested a refund as the service is no longer suitable for me and I will soon be relocating to Melbourne. Unfortunately the clinic refused and stated there is a “28-day legal refund period”, which does not appear to be accurate under Australian Consumer Law. I hope the clinic can reconsider and provide a fair solution.

Really not worth it. Paid $245 for 1 hour and 20 minutes they just put a mask on you and left you there. At one point, I thought they forgot about me.

It's terrible. I would not recommend the clinic at all. It may appear they are nice and caring but when things go wrong, don't expect them to look after you at all. I had a 7D Ultraformer treatment done at BE ME beauty clinic which was aimed to give me an uplift in my look, tightening my skin. It dissolved all the fat and connective tissue of my face. My face lost its architecture and looks like a slagging pancake. I have perioral indentation, wrinkles and lost my self confident. When I went back to the clinic, they said it's not related to the procedure, and asked me if I lost weight and ask me to see a doctor. After I had all the tests done, they said the damage to my face wasn't because of the procedure. It deeply impacted me and they don't even have the basic empathy to help me. Do not go near the clinic. Happy for any of you to contact me if you need approve.
