I was impressed by the friendliness of all the staff at Beauty Affairs Medispa CBD. From the minute I walked in the reception area, I felt relaxed in their beautifully presented reception area with a lovely aroma in the air. The skin consultation with Reuben was great. He was very confident in his knowledge and walked me through a target plan to reverse my skin concerns. He even gave me a guarantee of satisfaction! The facial was so relaxing with a neck & scalp massage included. The products used left my skin feeling amazing. I'm so glad I found this spa and can highly recommend it.

I recently had a HIFU treatment and cannot recommend it enough because of Elle and the male manager(forgot his name soz). I was a bit nervous but they both gave me a detailed and comprehensive walkthrough of the entire process beforehand so I knew exactly what to expect. Elles service was absolutely amazing. She is incredibly friendly, warm, and professional, and she made sure I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire session. If you are thinking about booking a treatment you should definitely do it!

Highly professional, informative, friendly team. The clinic has a really calming ambience like a Spa more than a clinic. With scents and everything! Sophie my beauty consultant is really thorough, wasn’t rushing and not pushy at all which is often the case in many beauty clinics. Chris my therapist is also really patient and informative. Visited this spa today and absolutely loved every minute of it. The skin consultation was excellent and my therapist (Ellie/Elize?) was absolutely beautiful. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The treatment itself was for Hifu under the eyes so results from that will not show for a little while however, the facial that she did was incredible and my skin feels and looks amazing. Thanks guys, can’t wait for my next treatment!

I had an incredible fantastic experience with Sophie and the team for an introductory HIFU facial treatment today. Booking online and confirming by phone was super easy. Sophie greeted me warmly at the reception, we had a bit of a chat about life, she answered all my questions, explained the HIFU nasal line treatment, and showed helpful before-and-after photos. I instantly felt comfortable. Emily carried out the treatment and was absolutely wonderful. The cleanse, prep, and the gentle high-end Korean HIFU device made the whole session incredibly smooth, relaxing and effective. The treatment took about 30 minutes followed by a great debrief. I felt cared for at every step and highly recommend Medispa!
