Both Shaida and Mina took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, and their professionalism, knowledge, and welcoming manner immediately put me at ease. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The full-face treatment took approximately thirty minutes, and the recovery was excellent. Zero results across multiple treatment areas despite a follow-up appointment to allow for correction. I have lost trust in Shaida and Mina and am seeking a refund for the totally ineffective anti-wrinkle injections. I unfortunately spent over $2000 and am devastated to have lost this amount of money. I received injections for my forehead, frown lines, brow lift, bunny lines, crow’s feet, and a lip flip. Despite the practitioner using significantly higher doses than I typically receive—for example, 30 units for a lip flip compared to my usual 8–10—the treatments simply did not work. I returned 2.5 weeks later to give them a chance to address it. They again injected me, again no results. I confirmed this with a different, trusted practitioner another 2.5 weeks later. This is the first time I have ever experienced a total lack of results from any practitioner. The process is painful, so disappointing to have no results despite spending. I also experienced uneven results with my thread lift, which I will now have to pay a different practitioner to fix. Since the initial procedure and the follow-up correction both failed, I now have to spend that money again elsewhere to achieve the desired results. They asked me to go back for a third time however this is ridiculous - no way would I allow yet another ineffective round of injections. Nor do I trust their ‘assessment’. I know from experience and the second opinion I sought, that I was not injected with what they said in the right sites. Of course, they have not provided a refund, nor do I expect them to.
