I had the most wonderful experience at Contour Clinics Bondi Junction. The receptionist was lovely and so helpful and kind and I trust Dr Fane with my face any day. He is incredibly skilled at what he does and personable, warm and will always advise based on his true opinion and will never oversell or pressure you into a service. He gives an extremely natural result and this is the first time I haven’t bruised post lip filler and I’ve been to multiple clinics over the years, which shows just how precise and skilled he is with injecting. Thank you Dr Fane and the team! Also really reasonable prices :)

Dr Fane is the best! My two friends and I all see him together, and he is always so patient with us and happy to answer our endless questions. The laser treatment was performed by Nadia. While cleansing my skin, she used her long fingernails to scrape my face, which caused significant discomfort and felt like it damaged my skin. It was quite painful. She then wiped off the cleanser very forcefully with tissue. I told her clearly that the way she was cleansing my skin was painful, but even after applying the numbing cream, she said she still needed to wipe my skin very firmly in order to clean it properly. However, based on what I understand, the skin barrier should not be disrupted before laser treatment, as it can cause micro-injuries and increase the risk of inflammation. It felt like she was making the treatment more painful to make it seem like she had put more effort into it. After finishing the right side of my face, she asked if she could speed up the treatment on the left side. She then quickly passed the laser over the area in a rushed manner, which made me feel that she was being impatient. I declined. After the procedure, she applied sunscreen but missed my nose area. Overall, this was a very poor and uncomfortable experience.
