I came to the clinic with a raised skin lesion on the side of my nose that had been bothering me for quite a while. The team was incredibly professional, friendly, and informative from start to finish. The treatment was quick, painless, and the results exceeded my expectations. I had two appointments with Dr. Tong to begin my Accutane treatment, and both felt extremely rushed. During the consultations, I found myself having to ask the essential questions—when to take the medication, what side effects to watch for, and what my skincare routine should look like while on Accutane. These were not topics that were proactively addressed. At no point did I feel a sense of care or attentiveness as a patient. Instead, the experience felt transactional, as though the priority was to move through the appointment as quickly as possible. During my second appointment, which lasted around five minutes, another patient had been booked for the exact same time slot, which made the interaction feel even more hurried. Given that each appointment cost approximately $300, I expected a higher level of care, guidance, and attention. Instead, I left both visits feeling rushed and uncertain, rather than supported at the start of what is a significant medical treatment. Really disappointing — I will not be coming back and I do not suggest others to either.

Very disappointing experience. If you care about aesthetics, I would strongly advise against going here. I had two moles treated, one surgically removed and one frozen. The mole that was cut out has left a large, uneven scar. I waited almost a year before writing this review, hoping the scar would settle, but unfortunately it has not improved. The mole that was frozen has left the surrounding skin badly discoloured, as the freezing spray was applied far beyond the mole itself. There was no clear communication beforehand, and the treatment was done without any explanation. Overall, I am very unhappy with the results.
