I have sooo many good things to say about Elara so bare with me because this could be a long review!! I first came to Elara for a skin consult, I am getting married in about a year and had acne scarring from years of suffering with hormonal acne. During the skin consult I met with Dr Kathleen who recommended the Morpheus 8 treatment, which was then re-affirmed as the best course of action after meeting with Michaela to go over my skin scan. We saw areas of my skin that needed the most support and decided that the Morpheus 8 treatment was the best course of action. After this, Michaela recommended me some of the PH Formula skin care range to begin with before my first treatment, to say this skin care is revolutionary is an understatement. I have never had more compliments on my skin and after suffering with incredibly temperamental skin all my life, these compliments are moments that have changed my brain chemistry for real. When I came in for my first Morpheus 8 treatment I did not know what to expect but Dr Kathleen was wonderful and ensured I was as comfortable as possible the entire time, Michaela even popped into my room and gave me a plush toy to hold onto during my treatment! I wasn’t in for the actual treatment for very long but the results I saw after even one week have been incredible and not just referring to the texture of my skin - even my jawline is snatched!! Highly highly recommend this treatment (providing it is recommended by their highly skilled team of course!). My most recent attendance was for the Japanese head spa and let me tell you, you will never experience relaxation like this anywhere else. You genuinely feel like you’re in a different world. I took my mum for Mother’s Day and my mum took her mum for Mother’s Day so it was a very wholesome experience. The therapists ensured the products used were specific to benefit your hair type. I would 100% do this again, the massage you get throughout it is out of this world and THE BEDS oh my gosh the beds are comfier than my own bed. Highly highly highly recommend Elara and their incredible team!

Michaela is absolutely amazing,she is so knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely attentive. She makes you feel completely comfortable and really takes the time to understand your needs. Elara is not only a luxury spa but an incredible experience. No detail has been missed, from ambient lighting to heated bedding, you truly feel the stress fade away. My experience was phenomenal, the massage was elite and unlike any other in Adelaide, the facial used premium products that left my skin looking like glass and the lovely . The lovely aesthetician, communicated throughout both services and tailored my experience to my preferences. This truly was a premium service and worth both your time and money.

I absolutely love this clinic, the staff are so welcoming, knowledgeable and are genuinely interested in the welfare and treatments of their clients. I have been going to Elara for three months to treat my skin in preparation for my wedding and I can honestly say Liv knows more about my skin than I do.
