She managed to book me in for a one-off laser session just to try the place out. I’ve had multiple laser treatments before and was never too keen because they often felt uncomfortable and rushed. But at this clinic, the staff are amazing! Gigi, the therapist who did my laser was gentle, kind, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a package because of the outstanding service. The prices are also very reasonable compared to other laser clinics. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Highly recommended!

Did the Signature Facial with a friend. The walls were thin, you could hear the noises from food court & the talking in the corridors so not the most relaxing environment. The staff were lovely however some may struggle with English! Still overall a nice experience however have preferred facials I've had elsewhere. The products are also heavily fragranced if this is an issue for anyone!
