Just done 2 cellulite treatments back to back! Went for my last session and no consultation or review to assess how successful my treatments were! Or if I was happy with the last 20 weeks or not! Also session times vary! Not all the standard times allocated to your treatment! Don’t really care if treatment works or not! Poor form Elite Body Contouring Marion! Hit and miss staff. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Please don’t waste your time or money here…. You will be deeply frustrated and disappointed! I’ve tried for 4 days to re book two appointments and no one answers the phone …. Further to this I cannot leave a message as the message back is full …?? I sent an email Friday (last week) No response! I’ve called the 1300 number to the National office and I’m diverted to adelaide and the same number I cannot get through on. It’s a nightmare and I’m amazed at the poor customer service from this business, I’m honestly so shocked. So I’m going to go in next week, on foot, and cancel my appointments. As this sadly is not the first time this business has not answer their phones! I’m surprised they are even in business…. Hopefully they still are so I can get my money back!
