What patients say
5.0Had a great experience with Dr Rod Parnian. He was professional, friendly and took the time to listen properly. The staff were welcoming and the whole process was smooth. Highly recommend.
5.0They are a wonderful practice with caring staff, from when you first are greeted to the clinic to when you meet with the GP, I have felt so taken care of and respected. Each time I leave I have a clear plan and feel supported in my medical needs. I also appreciate the laughter and humour each time I come for an appointment, I highly recommend this clinic as a GP practice.
5.0I found my experience with Dr Vo excellent. He is very friendly and does a great job. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my skin checks.
5.0Natalie & Debbie & Dr Andy Yang are the best medical team I’ve encountered in my lifetime in Australia. The Doctor is intimately qualified to deal with most medical problems & offers an excellent ‘bedside’ manner to seemingly all his patients. I’m very glad to have met them!
1.0I have held off writing a review for years because I genuinely appreciate the efforts of Dr Peter Vo. I have been a patient here for over four years and previously chose to raise concerns privately rather than publicly. Unfortunately, after my most recent experience, I feel this is the only appropriate step. There are ongoing issues with professionalism at reception. On one occasion, another patient’s private workers’ compensation information was discussed loudly in a full waiting room, which was clearly uncomfortable for them. I raised this directly with Dr Vo instead of leaving a review. On another visit, inappropriate and not trauma informed language about suicide was used in front of patients, which was highly unprofessional. My most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a telehealth appointment via HotDoc for 11:30am as I had flu symptoms and confirmed the arrangements with the practice. I was told the doctor finished at 2pm and that my appointment would be before then, as I had an important meeting. By 1:50pm, I had received no call. When I tried to phone, I was met with an out of office hours message. I emailed and received a brief response that did not address my concerns. I replied and waited, but no one ever called or followed up. Further calls resulted in the same message at around 4pm on a Thursday. When the receptionist eventually called me back and I raised these concerns, I was spoken down to, repeatedly interrupted, and not given the opportunity to explain what had happened. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that I would need to call back myself, despite the ongoing difficulty in reaching the practice by phone. This response was unhelpful and highly unprofessional. I was left without an appointment, without communication, and without any support. After more than four years as a patient, this was extremely disappointing. I understand practices are under pressure, but patients deserve professionalism, confidentiality, clear communication, and respect for their time. I hope the clinic reflects seriously on this feedback and improves its standards.
