I’m also quite surprised with this rating. I’ve consulted with Dr. Harvey both medically and cosmetically for many years. I found her to be exceptional in her expertise and care. The nurse, Maggie and reception staff are always polite, friendly and professional. I’ve never had any issues communicating with them. The initial consultation fee is of course more than your 2nd consultation. This is standard for all the specialists I’ve attended from my cardiologist, orthopedist, pulmonologist and gynaecologist. In all these practices, the staff will advise that you require a referral from your GP or that a new referral is required if your old one has expired. This referral ensures not only a Medicare rebate but also your issue was already treated by your GP and that it requires further or more expert care. A text will be sent to you to confirm your appointment and advise you of cancellation fees within a specified time. If it has not been advised, you should check with reception staff. When consulting with a specialist, you should expect a high fee as you are paying for their expertise. Specialists like Dr Harvey have studied, practiced and researched extensively over many years to be an expert in their field. Overall Dr Harvey is a wonderful dermatologist and I know I’m in great hands whenever I see her. She’s worth every dollar!

I have been seeing Dr Gilberto Moreno for my conditions for well over a year now. I have to travel a couple of hours to come to Sydney for my appointments but luckily Dr Moreno works on Saturdays too. So this is highly convenient for people like myself. The reception staff are always wonderful. Dr Moreno is exceptional himself, great manners and cares for his patients well being. Would highly recommend.

Extremely poor experience with Dr Gilberto Moreno. He was practically rushing me out the door from the moment I walked in. Without asking me many questions at all, he prescribed me extremely strong anti acne medication for perioral dermatitis (which I was too scared to take). In any case, my skin cleared up without it. I was also made to get a blood test, and he proceeded to never call me back with results. Sloppy and money grabbing. Go someplace that actually cares about its clientele.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After patiently waiting nearly a year now for my appointment with Dr Rhonda Harvey I've got a phone call out of the blue in the middle of my work day demanding I pay $75 in order to keep my appointment in a few weeks because back in last July I needed to rearrange my initial appointment due to postpartum sickness in hospital. Zero consideration. Totally awful professional service. If this is how they run their patient management I'm absolutely relieved to not be experiencing their medical treatment.
