I am very unhappy with the result of my Moxi treatment on my chest. After 16 weeks I am still left with large red and brown blotches that simply do not fade or go away. It appears that this is the end result that I will be stuck with. It was definately not worth the $850 that I paid. My chest is also burning constantly and even the Hydrocortisone ointment does not help. Would never do it again nor would I recommend it to my friends.

On Tuesday 15th November I had my preliminary consultation for my Fraxel with my therapist and surprisingly the Doctor on the phone via Face time. My Fraxel was scheduled for November 29th and everything was going as normal when the right side of my face and neck began to burn badly. The fraxel device head was changed during the procedure on the right side of my face twice, and this resulted in the burning. I went home and was in extreme pain, I contacted the practise, spoke to the receptionist. She said it was normal. The next day the burn pain especially on my neck was unbearable, I went the the chemist for burn spray and cream, this did not relieve the pain so I went to my Doctor who prescribed a cream Advantan and was shocked at my neck. I called the practise and spoke to my Therapist and she was sympathetic however insisted this was normal. I arranged an appointment and it was then the Doctor came in an examined me, He insisted in was quite normal. Despite the obvious burns on the right side of my face compared to the left side of my face and neck. No once did he say what can we do for you or how can we help. It was obvious that he and the staff had been briefed as to not say anything in fear of litigation. I was extremely disappointed in the treatment and the response to the burns. I stress I have had 2 Fraxel treatments at Infinity and both times they were perfect but this time was terrible and a terrible resulting in scarring of my neck.
