Last week, I had my consultations and undertook treatment at LAB Skin Clinic and it was the best decision I've made. For years I've had an outbreak of Milia under my eyes and around my cheeks which recently had gotten the worst it's ever been and made me feel super insecure. I had visited some clinics before but never found one that matched my comfort, needs, and expectations until I discovered LAB Skin Clinic through a simple Google search. Their website contained detailed knowledge and information reassuring me these professionals knew exactly how to look after clients like myself with this concern. Instantly, I had this gut instinct that LAB Skin Clinic was the best choice for me. The team at LAB Skin Clinic are absolutely awesome! Dr Osanda, Mary, and the receptionist were all so kind, friendly, warm-hearted and welcoming. They're highly knowledgeable professionals with experience in what they do and care a lot about their clients. They provided excellent service, especially Mary who treated me. Mary was very patient and made me feel super comfortable during the whole removal process. The process itself was a manual extraction using a petite lancet and loop extractor, causing little stinging. A week later post-treatment, my skin is the clearest it's ever been and my scabs have completely healed! I am very happy with my results and am very very grateful to the team at LAB Skin Clinic for all their help! I had a wonderful experience, especially having bonded over our love for dogs with the team! I highly recommend visiting this clinic as I am so eager to revisit it for future concerns and treatments! I have suffered facial volume loss from Morpheus8 treatment at this clinic; I was never warned the device could melt fat! The treatment was very expensive ($1500) and painful and has noticeably aged my face. I’m really unhappy about it. Please carefully consider this treatment as I was not informed of its risks and was forced to purchase 3 sessions upfront which I tried to back out of a few times but the clinic wouldn’t refund me, they convinced me the treatment was worth it and I’d be happy with results upon completing all 3 (torturous) sessions. My advice, if you’re under 40 don’t touch this treatment! Update: I am satisfied with the clinics response to my complaint. I have been provided with a complimentary treatment plan to address the issues I’ve experienced from Morpheus. Dr Ossie has taken full accountability and apologised for the staff member who administered the treatment too aggressively. Morpheus is a very powerful tool and in the wrong hands can cause serious damage, please research your provider and administrator carefully!

My experience has been distressing and disappointing with with LAB Skin Clinic and Dr. Ossie. I’ve had to deal with complete lack of transparency, poor customer service, and what I perceive to be unfair sales tactics. My concerns during the consultation were highly specific, yet I feel they were either misunderstood or deliberately ignored in favor of selling me a more expensive treatment package. As a young woman, I now realise that Dr. Ossie leveraged my vulnerabilities to upsell treatments that did not align with my actual concerns. When I raised my concerns and asked how this treatment was addressing them, I was met with vague responses and deflection rather than clear answers. I repeatedly requested clarification, only to receive inconsistent explanations that failed to directly connect my concerns to the treatment I was sold. The clinic’s responses are dismissive and unprofessional. My emails were repeatedly ignored, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get a reply. This experience has left me deeply disappointed, not only in the lack of professionalism but in the ethical standards of this business. I have sought advice from 3 separate reputable skin doctors who further confirm my experience of being sold a treatment that is not recommended for my concern, in fact it has made it worse. They have stopped replying to my emails requesting for simple answers around my treatment plan and have refused to refund my pre-paid treatments. I strongly urge anyone considering treatment here to do extensive research and be wary of high-pressure sales tactics. A trustworthy clinic will provide clear, honest guidance rather than pushing expensive treatments that may not be suitable.
