I tried the V-lift treatment at this newly opened Chinese beauty clinic and was honestly blown away. The lift was immediate — I saw a visible difference after just one side was done, which completely shocked me! The staff were kind, professional, and really explained everything clearly. The clinic is super clean and modern, and aside from V-lift, they also offer a wide range of services like facials, body slimming, and scalp care. Just tried the Titanium Lift - a Korean laser treatment that's completely non-surgical, pain-free, and requires zero downtime. It targets skin tightening, jawline contouring, pore reduction, and overall skin texture - and I could literally feel the warmth working under my skin with no discomfort at all. Avoid this place at all costs. Terribly unprofessional attitude and lazy service, I’m very surprised to see so many 5 star reviews here. I purchased a head spa + massage treatment for two on Groupon (hosted at the Lalime Wellness Lounge next door, but I understand is part of the Lapink Skin Lab business) and deeply regret doing so. Reasons listed below. 1. Despite there being a couples option, only one person can get a head spa at a time. We had to visit two different weeks. This information was not on Groupon. 2. Bookings were SMS only (they refused to take bookings over the phone) and replies typically took 3 to 5 BUSINESS DAYS. As a result, it took 5 whole months to book two sessions. I had to follow up very often over text. Often they wouldn’t be bothered to scroll up and ask the same questions to me. I asked for a refund but this was not given. 3. On the day, we and the beautician giving the head spa were constantly reminded to “keep it within 1 hour”, saying “you know who has to stay back and clean up after you if you go over time” (jokingly, and to the beautician). My friend got to the salon early and was asked several times where I was - I got there at the exact appointment time. This was deeply unprofessional and rude. As for the service itself - it’s meh. The beautician was friendly, warm and thorough, but the treatment itself felt more performative ritual than an actual head spa/massage (think lots of weak/fake aroma oil, bells and gongs). The description on Groupon touts “cutting edge” electronic massage but it’s really just a big massage chair made only for taller people. This place deserves to go out of business.
