I had my first ever lip filler appointment with Maria here, and to say I was nervous is an understatement! I’m absolutely terrified of needles. But from the moment I walked in, Maria made me feel so calm, comfortable, and reassured. She took the time to explain everything step by step, checked in with me constantly, and was so gentle and patient throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she really listened to exactly what I wanted, which made me trust her completely. The actual treatment was nowhere near as scary as I had built it up in my head! I booked for a half legs, underarm and brazilian treatments via online booking + consultation cause this is my first time in this clinic but I used to have it in a different LC clinic. Okay so I went for my appt, they made me wait for 30mins only to say that they’re not gonna do my treatments without any proper explanation. They asked me when is my next available date. I told them that this certain day that I booked is my only free day to do the treatment. The staff was not professional about it, they could have called me over the phone to rebook the treatment if they can’t do it on my “booking time”. What’s the point of the booking system anyway? They made you wait and you spent time for the preparation and travel only for them to not do the service? The receptionist even asked the other lady “why did you reschedule her?”. NEVER AGAIN! I work in healthcare and I do understand that it gets busy but you have to be honest and accountable with your customers! Pls do better!
