I’ve been to Laser Clinics Australia in Bondi Junction six times now and had my recent treatments with Megan, and I’ve been really happy with the experience. She’s very professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable. She explains everything clearly and makes sure you’re relaxed throughout the treatment. I had 10 sessions of laser hair removal on my back and a few other areas, and 11 sessions on my neck at this clinic. I attended all my appointments exactly at the scheduled times. Unfortunately, I saw no noticeable results. During my consultation, I was told I would need around 8–12 sessions, but that turned out not to be accurate. I didn’t even experience a 10% reduction in hair, and I don’t believe that doing one more session would have made any difference. I would have been satisfied with even a 50% reduction, but sadly there was no visible improvement. If I had to rate the effectiveness, it would be very low. However, the clinic was clean, punctual, and professional in other aspects, which is why I’m not giving the lowest rating.
