Impressed with MOC at Payneham. Receptionist was very nice to a lady quite nervous about having a laser procedure taking the time to answer all her questions. The premises has on site parking and is spotlessly clean. My procedure of anti wrinkle injections by Mandy went very well. I enjoy coming here and love the rapport I've build with the nurses however I don't appreciate waiting so long after my appointment time. I've spent a hour in the clinic before and been 15 minutes early to have the numbing put on, it's just really annoying and think it could be managed a bit better. Especially upsetting when I'm waiting 35 minutes after rmy appt time and someone else goes before me who was booked in for 15 minutes after my booked in time... 😅
