I had been a client for years, but yesterday's experience was horrible. I had booked in for a 45 minute consultation as I wanted to change (perhaps) my treatments. The nurse was rude, abrupt and did not like me asking questions. I felt pushed into just doing what I'd been doing before and I was finished with 15 minutes from walking in the door to out. It was clear she had more important things to do than bother with clients. Will not be back & writing this review so others dont have this negative experience with such a sensitive treatment.

I have been a regular and loyal client for many years, and I have always appreciated the quality of your treatments in the past. However, I wish to express my concern regarding my last two treatments for crow’s feet, which unfortunately have not been effective and lasted less than four weeks. It appears that the quality or efficacy of the product used has declined noticeably. I am therefore reluctant to book another treatment and pay a considerable amount for results that do not last. Thank you, however, for the previous treatments that delivered excellent outcomes — I had always been satisfied until recently. I hope you can look into this issue and provide an explanation or solution.
