See edit below for my response* Botched procedure. Simple anti wrinkle injection procedure has left me looking tired and hung over. I've had ugly bulbus bags and saggy skin under my eyes for almost 4 months. It has only started to correct recently. I hoped to look at little younger on my wedding day (which took place 2 months after the procedure) but i ended up looking years older. My baggy eyes are very noticeable in my wedding photos. It has effected my confidence and caused anxiety particularly in social circumstances in the first 2-3 months. I requested a refund ($400) and explained I was extremely dissatisfied. I provided time stamped photo evidence of my ugly appearance but was told no refund. I did sign a waver but it was a matter of principle not legality. The refusal response insinuated it may be a matter of physiology. I won't name the doctor who done this procedure but I've had the exact same procedure done at this practice by Dr Ansari twice before and had zero issues, which renders the physiological excuse void in my mind . I've never written a negative review in my life and I'm only doing so because they couldn't do the right thing and refund me. I'd never again get any cosmic procedure again after this. Satisfaction is absolutely not guaranteed Edit in response to the response below- I was offered compensation in the form of a $200 token at your clinic yes. Considering what my face looked like why would I take that offer. I wanted refunded for the work that I was extremely unhappy with not a token for half my cost. I still have bags under my eyes almost 6 months later. I had the same work done by Dr Ansari with no issue so its not reactive rarity, it was a botched job. Id be happy to remove this negative review if got my $375 back
