Met with warmth and compassion on my first visit here. They are responsive and transparent with pricing from the get-go from an email enquiry I sent through, not pushy and thorough. Dr Terence P, Dr Helena T and Nurse Luise took great care of me with a seamless consultation and immediate treatment for laser the same day (I did go during a less busy time of the week). My doctors and nurse took the time to chat with me, which helped me feel more comfortable before and during the procedure. The front desk ladies were absolutely lovely to speak with, they acknowledged my arrival immediately, were attentive to any questions I had and helped me book my next appointment a note on patient experience: It would be nice to have some refreshments for patients. The private lounge rooms are comfortable with a recliner, but it's missing a few things. Like something to read, water refills, etc. The only reason I say this is that the 1-2hr numbing period before a laser treatment feels super long, so it would be great to have a few things to keep us comfortable. The entrance was slightly hard to find for newbies like me, improved wayfinding can help this issue. (Go to the second floor via lifts inside the 156 building, not the tobacconist side!) Minor things aside, I had a fantastic experience overall. This experience showed me that you are a team that all care for their patients fully without judgement who love what you do with professionalism and compassion at heart. Thank you to the team.

I have been a patient of Dr Poon for approximately five years, seeking treatment for my rosacea, acne, and melasma. Similar to previous reviews, I agree that his consultations are brief, but his prescribed treatments have effectively cleared my skin. In addition to addressing these conditions, I consulted Dr Poon about an unsightly angioma on my lower lip, and he referred me to Dr Nolan, who successfully treated it, although it required four sessions instead of the initially estimated one to three. Despite the discrepancy, the clinic honoured the original quote and provided the fourth session at no charge. This experience dispelled my concerns after reading some 1-star reviews before me. The clinic is professionally run by doctors who prioritise medical and aesthetic concerns and never push unnecessary treatments; they are transparent about what is or isn't recommended, ensuring that patients are well-informed.

I rarely write Google reviews, however I enjoyed my experience so much here that I had to! The whole team is so friendly, especially Kim who did my laser. They go above and beyond to make it an enjoyable experience, especially when procedures can be slightly uncomfortable. Also very efficient, I hardly had to wait to be seen too. Would definitely recommend!
