I've been seeing Dr Raquel for a while now, she is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and has such a calm, peaceful presence. You never feel rushed, and she takes the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions. The practice is also very easy to get to, with convenient parking, which makes appointments stress-free from the start. What really stands out, though, is that they are always on time. In all my visits, I've never been kept waiting. A wonderful doctor and a very well-run practice.

Today was Cloe’s first visit to your practice so she was a little nervous. We were greeted so warmly when we arrived and immediately made to feel welcome. The reception staff and all the nurses are very engaging and all seem to be very happy in their work place. Cloe said Raquel was very knowledgeable and professional and she felt very at ease. She is looking forward to returning in 6 months! Thanks for looking after my girl!

The staff in Penny Lim's office are always, like Penny herself, professional, kind and massively well organised. They know what they're doing and they get it done. In the end ,the result is always an unexpectly good outcome . I never get scars where I expect to have huge ones That is a great skill on Penny's part. Empathy and kindness are not always side by side by side with skills that really matter to us when we care how we end up looking. An outstanding medical practise built by sheer hard work, knowledge of the right solution and caring about what the patient thinks and understands.
