I’ve been coming in for laser treatments a few times now and everyone I’ve had has been great, but Sarah (hope I got the name right!) has been the best so far. She was super friendly, very thorough, and really made sure everything was done right. She was the only one working yesterday (Nov. 30) and it was a busy time when I came in, but she still stayed kind, patient, and professional the whole time. I really appreciated her attitude and how comfortable she made the session feel. Definitely recommend her!

I had a wonderful experience at this laser clinic. The clinic itself is clean, well-organised, and very professional, but what truly stood out was the clinic nurse. She was incredibly respectful, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to explain the procedure clearly, listened to my concerns, and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Her professionalism and genuine care for clients made a big difference and gave me confidence in the treatment. I have been a customer of Results Laser Clinic since 2018 and have spent thousands of dollars over the years on laser, Botox, and skincare treatments. I have always purchased treatment packages and trusted this clinic for almost 8 years. Yesterday, I went for another laser session from a package I originally paid $1,500 for (5 sessions). I had only used 3 sessions, but I was told the package had expired and was charged an additional $450. The package was only just over 1 month expired, and I explained that I had been overseas during that time. Unfortunately, there was no understanding or flexibility at all. I was very disappointed by the way I was treated after being such a loyal customer for many years. For a clinic that charges premium prices, I expected much better customer service and care. Sadly, this experience made me feel like loyalty means nothing and that money is the only priority. I will not be returning to Results Laser Clinic again.

We are extremely disappointed with the experience at this clinic. My partner has been a loyal customer for many years( please check the record) and had prepaid for 5 sessions ($1500) in advance. Unfortunately, no one clearly informed him that these sessions would expire after one year. He had only used 3 sessions, yet was later presented with an additional bill of $450. What made the experience worse was how the situation was handled. When we tried to discuss the matter asked if we could speak to someone more senior, the staff member we spoke with came across as dismissive and condescending, and told us no. It’s disappointing to see loyal customers treated this way, especially when there appears to have been a lack of transparency around expiry terms. We understand policies exist, but better communication and a more respectful approach to customer concerns would have gone a long way. Never ever go again! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
