My partner and I visited for a couples Japanese head spa and it was such a treat. From the moment we walked in, Kara greeted us warmly and took the time to walk us through the full range of services and what to expect — it immediately set a relaxed, welcoming tone. I had Audrey for my treatment and she was wonderful. Very gentle, attentive, and explained every step as she went. The scalp massage was incredibly relaxing, and I was genuinely surprised by how enjoyable the massage chair and head wash combination was — it's a real experience. The facial treatment at the end was a lovely finishing touch that I wasn't expecting to enjoy as much as I did. Terence had Nathalia and had an equally glowing experience — she was lovely, thorough, and he came out just as blissed out as I did. It's clear the whole team operates at the same high standard. The space itself is beautifully done — peaceful, calming decor that makes you feel like you've stepped out of Mosman and into a proper retreat. Great location too, right in the heart of the village. The whole team clearly cares about what they do. It's a genuinely inclusive and welcoming environment, and you can tell everyone there is passionate about their craft. They offer a full range of services beyond the head spa — I was eyeing off some of the cosmetic treatments for a return visit. Excellent value for the quality of the experience. Highly recommend whether you're treating yourself or going as a couple.

Wow wow! I am so glad I found this pie for heaven in mosman. Gorgeous staff, beautiful space, stunning vibe and professional experience. Incredible treatment. I fell asleep during the Japanese head spa. The bed was super comfy and I loved the way the room smelled as well. Honestly it was great value and I would come back. I added a facial for $39. That was also a good choice. Nice products.

Absolutely divine Japanese Head Spa with Nathalie this morning. The head spa together with the full body massage chair was absolute bliss. Innovation and relaxation in the perfect combination. The scalp massage was the perfect pressure, the mini facial and neck massage so relaxing. My hair is so soft -- my husband loved it and said it smelled liked fresh pine trees. I recommend Serenity Mosman to anyone looking for professional pampering and total rejuvenation.

We were genuinely looking forward to our appointment and were excited to try this service. Unfortunately, we were involved in a car accident on the way to the clinic last session of the day (6-7pm) Thursday and were unable to arrive on time. We contacted the clinic immediately to explain the situation. While we understand that cancellation policies are in place, we were disappointed that the appointment was cancelled and the full fee was still charged. We were offered the option to rebook with same fee, however this required paying another full fee. Given the cost of the service — particularly in the current economic climate — it is difficult to afford paying twice due to circumstances completely beyond our control. We respect that businesses need policies to operate fairly. However, in unexpected situations like a car accident, a more compassionate and flexible approach would have been greatly appreciated. It’s unfortunate, as we were genuinely keen to proceed with the service.
