I had my laser done from Jamila last week and she was absolutely brilliant. The best laser session I have had and I am on my 10th session. I thought she was professional and very detailed in her laser taking her time and not rushing. She was very knowledgable on the laser process itself as I have sallow skin she explained what the best treatment going forward would be to allow me to see the best possible results !!

The service was okay and the staff was really nice. But during my laser appointment I was wondering if they were skipping a section but I figured I was probably not paying close attention. Turns out they did skip a whole section so now I'm left with a big rectangle on my leg with clearly more hair growth. So sadly I cannot recommend.

I was provided with a voucher to use at their clinic for a free treatment, I called up to ensure I could use it and mentioned I had the voucher the lady on the phone said it was fine. When I came in they then told me I couldn't use it and questioned if I had told them about the voucher. When I had called etc. very bad service I don't mind if they said the voucher couldn't be used but first they told me on the phone I could then only when I was there they said no. Do not recommend
