Jess is so amazing! I cannot thank her enough. I got 0.5ml lip filler in my top lip from Jess yesterday. I have always been super scared of needles and the dentist so I was freaking out before my appointment. When I arrived at my appointment, I explained to Jess my fear and she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole appointment. She explained every process and what happens during and after the injections. She gave me a fidget toy and made sure I was fully ready before she began. I am so thankful for this appointment, not only because my lips look better than ever before, but now I am no longer afraid of needles. The whole process was completely pain free and everything was super clean. You can tell that Jess is dedicated to her patients comfort and wellbeing, and she is also very easy and nice to talk to. I am very happy with the results and the service I had from Jess. She is truly amazing :) x
