I've seen Dr Langov several times and have always found him to be very professional and thorough. Quite rushed, but I've never had any issues. The main reason for this review though, is from the service I've had on my latest visit from the front desk. In my latest visit, I had 2 moles removed, and I was told by reception that I would get approximately half back from Medicare. They did say that it may be a little less, so I questioned this and they assured me that it will still be very close to half. I received my rebate and it was less than 1/3. Around $100 less than what I was expecting. I spoke to someone who is the Practice Manager and Owner, and told her about the incorrect advice I received, and she flat out rejected that any of her team would give me the wrong information, and told me that I must not have been listening properly. Again, I stated that I know exactly what I heard, which is why I asked more follow up questions regarding this, and again she repeatedly told me that I am the one in the wrong here. No apology at all and no taking ownership over the incorrect information. Really poor customer experience and I won't be returning.

I have been attending this clinic for some time - many years - for skin check ups. I rang to book a regular appointment today, and was told there was none available until early October. I was then told that there were appointments available earlier but they were about double the price ($76/$120). When I asked why they were so much more costly I was told it was because the clinic was 'squeezing me in'! Amazing. You get charged almost double if you want to book an appointment sooner, just because they can. If there are appointments available earlier, they should be charged at the same rate as those available later. Seems like this clinic is more about marketing than health. Very disappointed.
