I had a Platinum Facial with Mia after this place was recommended by a friend. The experience was calming and relaxing. Mia took the time to explain each step of the facial and why it was being done, which I really appreciated; it made the whole treatment feel thoughtful and personalised. She also checked in about the pressure during the massage, and I loved that because sometimes you don’t know if you can ask for it to be more intense. The space itself is warm and welcoming, and I left feeling refreshed and well looked after. I’d return to try other treatments.
