Very disappointing experience with this laser clinic. This has happened a couple of times now. My partner could not attend one session due to severe period pain, and despite clearly explaining the medical discomfort, the staff showed no understanding or consideration. It felt like they treated us as if they were doing us a favour instead of providing proper customer service. Communication was very poor throughout. They marked the appointment as a “no show” and still charged money. When we tried to reschedule and accommodate their availability, they said they only had time to do legs and not the full treatment session because they “didn’t have time.” The whole experience felt rushed, unprofessional, and more focused on making money than caring about customers. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once. Would recommend choosing a better clinic with staff who are more respectful, understanding, and professional.
