I can confidently say that Dr Steve is the only person I truly trust with my face. I travel interstate to see him, and I would not consider going anywhere else. His level of patience, intelligence, and attention to detail is exceptional. What sets him apart is not only his medical expertise, but his artistic vision. He takes the time to carefully assess, explain, and even draw detailed plans of the expected outcomes — something no one else has ever done for me in such a clear and beautiful way. He approaches aesthetics with precision and integrity, always aiming for natural, balanced results rather than overdone treatments. You feel completely safe in his hands. No words can fully express the level of care and dedication he provides. I truly hope he considers offering consultations or visiting clinics on the Gold Coast in the future.

I rarely leave reviews, and even more rarely negative ones, but after having a very different experience at another clinic, I felt it might be helpful to others. I had a Pico laser treatment at All Saints a couple of months ago. It was extremely painful, with no numbing used, and the discomfort lasted for over a week. It felt like a burn, with swelling and high sensitivity. I didn’t see any improvement and felt my pigmentation actually became more noticeable. I decided to give it another chance, but my appointments were rescheduled multiple times by the clinic, and at one point I was even booked in for a filler treatment I had never discussed. That made me feel overlooked as a client. I cancelled my appointment, went elsewhere and had a completely different experience. There was a thorough skin assessment, numbing was used, and proper aftercare was provided. I had no pain, no redness, and even received a follow-up message the next day to check in. For me, it came down to the level of care and overall experience + age of equipment used. I’d recommend doing your research and comparing clinics before deciding.

A while ago i went to see a specialist to consult about my skin problems at the all saint clinic, the specialist was a middle age European woman who had blond hair, when I asked her what is the solution to my skin concerns she said the names of some treatments and also added “ many people with acne scars end up suiciding” and she said that in cold blood and without any compassion in her voice or her next words! It’s worth to mention that my skin concerns were not even that bad in my own eyes at all, after wearing regular healthy sunscreen they have gotten so much better without any treatment! Not happy with this experience at all, do not recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. Following a treatment, my skin was left in a worse condition and now requires further treatment. What was most concerning was the complete lack of accountability and refusal to provide any reasonable resolution despite multiple attempts to address this directly. I understand outcomes can vary, however the way this was handled was unacceptable and left me with no confidence in the clinic. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone! I would give zero stars if feasible.
